Proposed IVSA initiatives

Ecosystem Programs for Venture Builders

Following launch, we intend to develop practical initiatives to professionalize the venture studio model, mobilize institutional capital, and bridge academia and policy across India.

Track 01

Studio Education & Operator Growth

Building foundational knowledge and operational capacity. This proposed track would equip founders and studio employees with repeatable playbooks, frameworks, and peer learning networks.

Studio 101

A practitioner-led course for founders and operators on the venture studio model: thesis design, venture creation playbooks, governance, portfolio metrics, and spinout execution.

Operator Circles

Peer learning cohorts for product, growth, talent, legal, and finance operators inside studios to share live playbooks, operational benchmarks, and resource templates.

Studio Education and Operator Collaboration
Track 02

Capital Formation & Investor Relations

Educating capital allocators on the studio asset class and facilitating deal-flow alignment. This proposed track would connect studios with corporate investors, institutional LPs, and family offices.

LP Roundtables

Closed-door dialogues connecting venture studios with LPs and family offices to explore fund-studio hybrids, governance structures, asset allocation, and capital formation pathways.

Boardroom Investor Relations Meeting
Track 03

Labs Translation & Tech Policy

Catalyzing innovation at the intersections of university research and federal startup frameworks. We build pathways to license IP and shape public policies that support co-creation.

University Venture Labs

Potential partnerships with universities to incubate venture labs, translating scientific and deep-tech research into commercial startups using pre-packaged templates for IP, equity, and governance.

Policy Clinics

Potential working groups exploring draft proposals for policymakers on the recognition of the studio model, tax clarity on co-creation investments, and university labs collaboration incentives.
