Section 8 Non-Profit Incorporation
IVSA is formally registered and incorporated as a Section 8 non-profit company (Licence No. 191506) under the Companies Act, 2013.
Public Launch & Member Onboarding
Public rollout of the association, establishing executive leadership and onboarding the founding cohort of venture studios.
National Policy Consultation
Subject to member priorities, begin evidence gathering and consultation on issues affecting venture studios.
Studio Research Observatory
Roll out an annual data observatory tracking capital flows, job creation, and IP outcomes across member studios.
Regional Chapters
Establish regional chapters and launch an operator-to-founder accelerator to support emerging studio leaders.
Global Exchange & Standards
Explore international knowledge exchange and develop responsible-practice resources with member input.
