Eligibility, categories, voting rights, and admission are governed by the Bylaws and published membership framework. An application or expression of interest does not itself create membership or guarantee admission.

No. Membership is not accreditation, certification, investment approval, due diligence, or endorsement of a Member, venture, fund, product, service, or claim.

Full Members in good standing receive the voting and participation rights stated in the Bylaws and applicable membership schedule, including one General Body vote through an authorised representative.

The Board may approve prospective changes under the Bylaws. Fees, taxes, duration, cancellation terms, and benefits must be disclosed before payment or renewal.

Applicable refund and cancellation terms are shown before payment or in the relevant membership, event, program, invoice, or order terms. Nothing excludes a non-waivable statutory right.

Board composition, elections, terms, vacancies, removal, and Officer responsibilities are defined in the Bylaws. Election information should ordinarily be circulated at least 21 days before voting.

The Board may establish them under a written charter defining purpose, duration, membership, reporting, conflicts, confidentiality, and authority. They are advisory unless authority is expressly delegated.

No. IVSA content and activities are general education and ecosystem engagement. Participants should conduct independent diligence and obtain qualified professional advice.

Participants must follow the Bylaws, Code of Conduct, Privacy Policy, confidentiality notices, and applicable agreements. A session is confidential or under the Chatham House Rule only when expressly designated.
